30-minute primer before a regular class. Learn to wrap your hands, basic stance, what to expect. Before photo. Join the challenge WhatsApp group. Then you stay for the full class. Day 1 done.
Pick whatever fits your schedule — 6:45am, noon, 5:30pm, or 6:35pm on weekdays. 10am on weekends. Check in with a photo or scan every time. Nobody's going to hold your hand. Just show up.
The novelty wears off. Your body's sore. You've got "stuff to do." This is the part that separates people who talk about getting fit from people who actually do it. Keep showing up.
Final class. After photo. Celebrate with the other women who finished. Then we'll present your options — take the $99 back, or roll it into a membership and keep going.
